Along with our wonderful catering menus and full bar service with scrumptious signature drinks, we also offer exquisite event design, gorgeous floral design, bridal flowers, props, beautiful and tasty cakes & cupcakes, day of coordination, a BBQ division called A Southern Flare and our Gin Tin, a vintage mobile bar! Feel free to use as much of these services as you wish or simply our catering and bar service. Gina and her team were an absolutely perfect fit for our wedding day! They were beyond kind and helpful, and not to mention how delicious the food was. Our guests were talking nonstop about how yummy dinner was. I can't say enough good things about Gina and how much great advice she provided prior to the wedding and how quick she was to answer any of our questions regarding food or anything else for that matter! I cannot recommend Above and Beyond enough. Thank you ladies!

We are popping up on WEDNESDAY this week - November 13th with our Meal of the Week (MOW) option. We will also have freezer meal deals, Tomato & Basil Bisque with Cornbread and Haddock Chowder w/ Cornbread - both $10. There may be some surprise pop-up meals also being offered at pick-up!

If you would like to reserve a meal and any chowder or bisque, please comment below with your size of meal and quantity.

We had our first wedding guest show up to celebrate the unity of Clarissa and Calvin.

Don't forget to come 'snag and tag' (snag a photo of you with C&C and tag above & beyond catering maine) so you can be entered into our own give-away of a gift certificate towards our Pop-Ups or option of charcuterie box or whoopie pie platter. We are part of the Friends of Downtown, Sanford Maine scarecrow days so make sure you find the map of all the scarecrows around our community!

Gina!!! Good morning, I’m sorry it took me a bit to reach out but we’ve finally caught our breaths 😅
I just wanted to thank you for the phenomenal job you did with our wedding. The food was INCREDIBLE. Like seriously, I want to be buried in the mashed potatoes you made 😂 it was so good. Jordan and I were a little too nervous to eat as much as we normally would lol but what we did eat was SO good. Everyone raved about the food!! And the presentation was stunning. 😍
Thank you also for your professionalism, your guidance, your warmth - I’m so grateful that you were with us on our special day. Everything was so perfect!! And thank you for the card and candle, it smells amazing 🥹 we adore you!!!

We have been honored to be here every weekend in August celebrating with our couples. Such a beautiful venue for “I do’s”. We love the still of the morning on wedding day before guests arrive and the final touches of florals, goblets and candles have been placed. All the planning, prepping, set up…. comes to this. It was great taking a break from our busy wedding schedule to enjoy the sounds of Lucas Roy at the Springvale Library today. Loved handing out our fresh fruit cups for the Sanford Springvale Chamber of Commerce concert on the patio held every Friday this summer. Thanks for the song Lucas! We are fans!
