I had no idea that my love for eating could coexist with my desire to be in shape and fit into my skinniest jeans – until I discovered Paleo. Within a month I found that being the healthiest and happiest I’d ever been depended on eating MORE real food, getting out of my head and not standing in my own way. I changed everything I felt and knew about food and it felt amazing! So, I started Sevenly Foods as a woman on a mission to help you experience the same shock and awe!

Real progress doesn’t come too quickly or too easily - you have to do the work: consistently make the right food choices, choose long term satisfaction over immediate gratification and most importantly love ❤️ yourself enough to believe you’re worth it.
