What a great memory to pop up. Bob Froschle was an incredible person. He was a great musician and was on the team that negotiated the first collective bargaining agreement between Orange County Musicians Union, Local 7, AFM and Disneyland!

CONGRATULATIONS to bassist Bob Froeschle! On this day, 75 YEARS AGO, he joined the Local! Way to go, Bob! He will be honored at the Life Member Meeting on November 6th!

Yesterday, Local 7 President Edmund Velasco spoke to the Anaheim City Council during the public hearing over approval of the Disney Forward initiative to expand the theme park! He urged the Council to demand Disneyland covers the future musicians under Local 7’s union contract and that all musicians working at the park are protected and are provided fair wages and safe working conditions.
