Back on my meal prep grind and thankful to be part of prep at . YEAR 4 baby!! ✨

I think about how .ngs and I started meal prep out of my apartment 5 years ago 😂 what a crazy business to build. The meals get better and better each year and to hear some of our athletes say they can’t wait to start the program because they’ve heard “you’re the GOAT” makes me tear up 🥲
