Ok fam… here’s the real..Beans is blossoming and doing rearly well but the rent here is F**KING outrageous. We don’t want to move but are seriously considering it. If you, your friends, your family members know of a spot in SB that is set up for a kitchen/restaurant, available now and not 15k a month I wanna know about it. Help a Sister out. We want to keep doing what we are doing but State Street property owners and the City are making it impossible for little Mom and Pop outfits to survive. If something doesn’t change down here our community will be left with vacant buildings that the owners can simply write off the the loss at full pop, and a once beautiful street will be filled with the homeless. Santa Barbara is killing the small business owner. Helllllp us!
