"Sate Ayam", that's how we called chicken satay in Indonesia. Inspired by Indonesian's Sate Ayam, we came up with our own flavor of grilled marinated chicken with simple fresh homemade peanut sauce.....(ofcourse with a lil' hint of chilies from this momma's garden).
So good, so comforting....and still our favorites!
