Executive Chefs from Santa Clara University, University of San Francisco and University of the Pacific will be challenged to create the most delicious offerings. Wednesday, February 21st 5pm – 8pm Benson Center Order on Transact Wednesday – all three stations for $29.95. You can use your meal plan. Then pick your favorite by scanning the QR code! Today we are featuring the home team, let by Culinary Director, Eugene Zelditch. Eugene and the SCU dining team will be featuring pan seared scallops with sunchoke puree, beluga lentils and baby turnip and pea shoots with a special dessert created by the Santa Clara University in-house pastry team!
