3 years ago today I took home my very first Overall in Novice Figure (it was a solely Bikini prep until I crossed over into Figure on peak week). It was one of the most exciting shows I've done bc the energy was like no other. I miss those stage lights and most of all that prep journey.

Visualize, plan, execute.
I’ve always had ambitions to walk the stage and compete in bodybuilding. But for years I would put it off because life would happen. Strange enough, 2020 happened and I had allowed myself to get off track. I looked in the mirror and decided to make a change. With the help of my coach .abaya we began the 10 month process to prep. He not only held me accountable for my macros but he had supported me throughout the year. Workouts 6x a week. Running 2-3 miles/day. Staying focused and having faith in the process because quality results do not happen over night.
This year we begin a new journey. Taking the time to be patient with a long term bulk so I can come in next time better than ever. Can’t wait to see what we can do in the future!
