The electrical disasters keep on coming. Many of the components in my trailer got fried by a rogue solar panel controller. Here I’m failing to repair the subwoofer. The stereo and other things are also fried. A very expensive disaster indeed. And time-consuming.

If you haven’t seen me in the chat on Twitch lately, now we know why. Twitch had shadow banned me from chatting. Of course they didn’t tell me about it, so for several weeks they’ve been blocking all my chats without telling me so I’ve been essentially chatting into the wind. Anyway, I have been around, but you just couldn’t see me. They sent me a very unhelpful tech-support message saying that I had been blocked for “abuse” but I actually think it was my VPN.

Disaster strikes the studio! Some freak electrical issue has literally burned 5 of my cameras. I was installing a new usb card that was probably defective, and smoke started pouring out of a bunch of my cams. These are all ruined. I have more being shipped from a faraway land, but I might be down for a while.

I did not intend to spend the whole weekend working on thermodynamics issues, but I guess that is what is expected of a twitch streamer who wants to push their computer to the edge. This was the last big problem I had to solve, and it is now solved!

It’s ALIVE! Even with the new crazy fast video card, it wasn’t enough. I’ve been overclocking the CPU and GPU to get a little extra juice out of it. It’s good enough! Might do a pop-soon….

Still working hard. No the show has 31% more AI! This little change is so I don’t need to put up the 33’ wraparound green screen if I don’t wanna take the time for a popup. Push a button and background gone!

I’ve been quiet for a while, because I’ve been working every night and weekend until my eyes won’t focus. I’ve got the show back together, and I’ve gonna start streaming again soon!

The new graphics effort has been quite successful. I've been working hard every day to improve the sight and sound of my show. Stuff is mostly working well, and I should be back on the air fairly soon, kiddies!

I have finally made it to the actual thing I wanted to do! The secret phase is now underway. #gff

Still getting the basics down, but stuff is starting to work reliably. The vinyl feel is so good on the new computer. With 4x better latency, scratches are smooth and buttery. #gff

Makin’ progress! I got the video software working. Once that’s working, then I move on to the secret mission which is the point of the whole experiment. But that’s a secret so don’t tell anyone. #gff

Still chugging along with my mostly-software reorg. I’m quite good at software stuff, but I’m still struggling with integrating everything to be how I want it. Anyway, making progress but it’s a lot slower than I’d like. Once I get the basics working again, I can move on to the fun stuff.
