Look at that crema! What is crema you may ask?

Simply put, the crema is what we call the light layer of dark tan foam found on the surface of a shot of espresso. Technically, the crema itself does not impact the taste of the espresso, but coffee experts generally agree that the crema is a good indication of what the quality of the rest of the espresso will be like.

We take pride in the quality of the espresso that provides us and do our best to extract the best tasting notes out of our espresso shots so that it is balanced and delicious!

As a team made up primarily of, mothers, daughters, and sisters we are extremely thankful to be partnering with other women-owned businesses in Santa Cruz to donate a percentage of our sales towards The Center for Reproduction Rights.

We are proud to be a part of this movement, we will be donating 15% of all sales made on May 14th here at Flower Bar 🌸

Working for Sharon and Noha at Flower Bar has been such a blessing. I couldn’t be more thankful to work for two wonderful, kind, loving and extremely hardworking mammas.
