From playing locally, club, to international I think a big part of who I am came from being part of such amazing teams. I think being an athlete stands for much more then a player on the field. I have a core passion for traveling and believe so much in "the further you come out of your comfort shell the greater experience". I have been to Mexico, Central America, Hawaiian Islands, Europe, Puerto R
ico, Dominican Rep., many islands to South America. Where there is water - I swim (no matter how cold), where there are mountains - I climb, where there is flat land forever - I ponder. I hope to be able to travel and meet new people forever. People that LOVE to travel are like people that LOVE their dogs... they can't imagine their life with out it! I worked in and around the health field for over 20 years. Directly working with people in service has always been my strength. I have mostly spent my energy in health & wellness. Front line patient care, implementing corporate programs (Thrive), hosted live TV shows and created health talks for different health offices. I have now been tying in my experiences and skills in a new professional path. I have been working as a wedding coordinator since 2009, and I absolutely love what I do! As tough as it can be at times, it's helping others and working with so many different types of people that I love. I now have a great wedding coordination team, that has worked many different types of weddings... traditional style, casual, formal elegant, barefoot, commitment ceremonies, etc. We really look forward to working with more couples and really making a difference in their overall experience in celebrating their unity! As we wind down from wedding season in California, we are reflecting on some memorable and uniquely special weddings from the past! 📷 by the very best We were honored to be acknowledged by the founder who wrote about this incredible and tailored in every detail wedding in Malibu. Everything was sourced locally (minus a couple of floral varieties) but was topped off with friends flying in from all over the globe to celebrate. This iconic old European charm sits amidst the windy roads and giant redwoods and rolling hills North of San Francisco. I never would’ve guessed, a place I spent so much time hiking (with my daughter when she was nine) that one day I’d own my own business and be hosting an ever here! Its not pretentious, serves the best pub food, drinks and ambiance and…. It was transformed into the coolest - most fun wedding space!! Perhaps it’s my travels to Europe and time spent in these hills that makes it so memorable but …… I want YOU to go and come back to tell me what your experience is! IYKYK. Keepin it real for a moment ☝🏻😃 I was fortunate to be adopted (at a young age) by two great humans albeit it was quite later in their life! These love birds have been married over 60 years and they’re still sharing milkshakes and holding hands! They still golf, ride a bike and walk…. even at age 90 & 87 and things aren’t working as well with kinks and cracks. Cheers Mom & Pop!! This is a beautiful reminder not to sweat the small stuff….. remember that all relationships are made of “looks in the mirror”and always striving to keep the youth! Do something silly - take less personal and LOVE conquers all! Enjoy today!!!

I encourage you to go check it out if you’re looking for a retreat styled wedding!! You must eat at the “famous” and embrace this little town in the with loads of wineries and ! South of San Francsico, along Hwy 1 you can feel you’re hours away from anything! It’s a gorgeous stretch of CA. This couple absolutely captured my heart and soul! This day had the most heartfelt ceremony and what a fun party, I literally couldn’t force myself to stop smiling! This very hip guest list of 40 (their chosen family) made memories of a lifetime!

A destination wedding isn’t for everyone, but when you DO chose one, let’s level-up on experience!!! I recommend picking somewhere gorgeous and private for the actual wedding day. For the day or two leading up to it, show off the town you’re in and bring in a food truck to a local brewery or wine bar! Add some local talent (live music) and you’ve got yourself a super fun Welcome Party!! There’s always gems to be found ❤️🍷🪴🌵.

Is it truly possible to keep everything together all the time? I’m laughing as I answer “yes” because this year just keeps pushing limits. Even during the most insane busiest times, I’ve learned that making time for those people in your life that you can bust out, move a grove, laugh til your stomach hurts and just be fully you…. Helps keeps everything together. You know who you are!! 🤪🥰 So….. if you find yourself passing through Pacific Grove make sure and stop off at “Julia’s” for her mushroom sampler. From a girl that still squirms a bit over forest findings, it’ll knock your socks off. And grab a few friends because they’ve got live music. Cheers to this crazy busy time of year!!! It will continue being my most favorite time of year!! 🎃😊 🍁 🍄

Please help me give a huge high-five to one of our dearest friends NEW renovated venue! Congratulations to Paul & Steph after enduring a complete loss in the 2020 fire that came through their property. Through fortitude, blood, sweat and tears and even being re-homed, here they are after two years!!! Through tragedy came opportunity for creating a whole new Green Oaks Creek Farm!!! A new ceremony terrace (that now has an ocean view), the cocktail garden is looking better than ever and the landscaped Event Meadow with all new landscaping, trees, fire pit lounge, outdoor kitchen. Space for 😜. I am so honored to be here to celebrate this weekend with them!! Dear friends and anchors in the Slow Wedding movement! Congratulations!! We are so happy for you! PS they have 3 adorable cabins on-site now that you can rent through or email Steph directly. 🙌
