Colligan Theater

We are working on resurrecting Miracles Santa Cruz, a local theater troupe for people with special needs (ages 14+).

We are looking for both performers and volunteers.

The group meets weekly on Mondays at The Colligan Theater at The Tannery in Santa Cruz from 6:30-8:00 and aim for a public performance in May.

Featuring a Live Orchestra!
Ariel, King Triton's youngest daughter, wishes to pursue the human Prince Eric in the world above, bargaining with the evil sea witch, Ursula, to trade her tail for legs. But the bargain is not what it seems, and Ariel needs the help of her colorful friends, Flounder the fish, Scuttle the seagull and Sebastian the crab to restore order under the sea.

The Colligan Theater at the Tannery Arts Center, abandoned after the closure of Jewel Theatre Co. last spring, has a new managing tenant, the local nonprofit Theatre 831, which runs the children's theater organization All About Theatre.

After a competitive bidding process, the city chose Theatre 831 to deliver our vision to transform this beloved space into a vibrant hub for the arts.
