I’m just so humbled and beside myself that Boomroots was voted the best band in Santa Fe, out of 87,505 people that live here. Over the years &
the 35 or 40 bands I’ve played with in my life time I never expected to reach so many people on a positive level with BR. I just wanna personally thank each & everyone one of you for giving us love and receiving love. This is what it’s all about. We are all here to learn how to be a better people. Our band is about bringing community together with love and joy. If perhaps just a moment during one of our performances you may forget about any of your problems and and be in the moment. Not the past not the future just here and now.
Thank you Santa Fe for the many years of love and support. We are here for you. See you at the next show. 🔥 ❤️

Zozo Knows, for the hundredth year anniversary, Boomroots will be @ Boxcar SF, come on over for Will Shuster Jr. afterburn celebration. This show will be sold out, so get in early, it’s going to be a Rager.

This song was recorded on an iPhone sitting behind the drums. No, our back-up vocals aren’t perfect. It’s not about perfection it’s about being real, we are only human. Our focus is on bringing community together, and if only for a moment we forget about anything that is bothering you, and get lost in the beauty of the music. This is what all musicians are about. this particular show was out in the mountains on Picuris Pueblo Tribal land! Sometimes we just capture the moment and hold that moment. My first time at the NM State Fair I think was in the late 70s. Such a great time and fun place for everyone. It’s awesome to come full circle as an adult.
