A Word From Operator Mark Ruse

It’s my full-time job—and really my passion—to make sure your visit is always a great one. While I am part of a large organization, as an Owner-Operator, I’m actually an individual business partner of Chick-fil-A. This brings not only responsibility and accountability, which is good for Guests and our Team Members alike, it also allows me to bring a local flavor to the Restaurant. My wife, Lisa, and I recently moved to Santa Fe and we’re honored to operate the city’s first Chick-fil-A. Our Team Members will be known throughout the community for treating everyone with dignity, honor, respect and hospitality. After serving as an Air Force officer and civil engineer for over 25 years, it’s my passion to promote servant leadership.

A job at Chick-fil-A Santa Fe is more than a job, it’s an opportunity and stepping stone to a successful future career of your choice. In addition to working for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a company that values integrity, humility, excellence, discipline, commitment, communication, customer service and people who are seeking personal growth.
