***Gourmet Christmas Tamales 2024***
Happy Holidays! In keeping with our of the box catering, we are contemplating producing custom tamale flavors that are out of the ordinary for your Christmas holidays. We are floating this out to the metaverse to gauge interest. They would come in vacuum sealed bags of 12 quantity for $36.
Savory flavors tamales which are guest favorites are:
1. Duck Mole Tamale - all time client favorite made with our house mole and luscious duck breast.
2. Rajas y Queso Tamale with strips of roast poblano and queso fresco.
3. Mushroom Duxelles Tamale with a rich and herby filling of portobello mushroom and queso fresco.
For dessert the following:
1. Matcha and Piñon - matcha masa mixed with toasted piñon.
2. Coconut and Pineapple - coconut milk masa with small chunks of pineapple.
3. Chocolate and Marzipan - chocolate and toasted almond masa with marzipan filling
