Formal sit down dinner for our dear friend Laura and 30 guests. Elegant setting at her stunning home for a New Mexican dinner theme. Salad course of Heirloom Tomatoes and Cubed Watermelon with Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Red Chile Toasted Pepitas. Main course of Red Chile Coffee-Rubbed Beef Tenderloin with Green Chile and Mustard Caviar with Garlic Mash and Gravy and Traditional Calabacitas. Dessert (not photographed) of Mexican Chocolate Cake with House-made Biscochito Ice Cream!

Breaky with the hubs at Rosetta Panadería! Gorgeous rooftop ambiance and amazing food. We had the famous guayaba pastry and my favorite the cademom roll. Highly recommend if ever in Roma Norte.
