First event of 2025! A beautiful custom dinner for eight in White Rock. Brie en croute with fig preserves, fresh apple slices and crostini / golden beat salad with arugula, golden quinoa, balsamic vinaigrette, and sliced parmegianno / beef wellington with gravy / roasted carrots with harissa piñon butter on herby greek yoghurt / roast rosemary potatoes. Dessert by our baker Karina was a three layer chocolate cake with fig preserves and earl grey buttercream.
