Hailing from the US and Ireland, Seanchai (SHAN-e-khee) combines an eclectic mix of Irish and folk music. With a lineup including Tony on guitar, Brayden on viola, and Maria on bodhran, Seanchai illustrates a landscape of lively melodies and sentimental airs, transporting the listener to the green hills of Ireland and beyond. For ecstatic dance they will add Bear on sax, and Miles on percussion.

Smiley Coyote dwells in the southwest where the desert meets the mountains. Music has been streaming through his veins since birth. Attending west coast festivals such as Burning Man, Symbiosis, Lightning in a Bottle and Beloved are what sparked the desire to share musical journeys through DJing. He's enjoyed sharing the stage with some of the top producers in the industry as well as performed for many festivals. His musical selections are genre-bending and appease most audiences, as long as they enjoy a touch of bass. Sharing audible frequencies to the Ecstatic Dance community is most fulfilling for him. Being able to craft a multiple hour set on the fly in support of one’s movement practice truly brings him the highest level of joy. Being a co-producer of Unison Festival, he is constantly on the search for new musical inspiration in order to curate Colorado’s premier transformational event.

This week we welcome back Osha Rivera (Dj Luminous Heart) to our Wednesday Edance at Paradiso! Osha brings thoughtfully crafted sets to the dancefloor and is sure to get the movement going.

Osha is excited to share unique dance medicine with the Santa Fe community again!
Hes bringing beats that'll hit you in the chest and rhythms that'll unlock parts of you that have been sleeping. We're going deep, we're going high, we're going everywhere your spirit needs to go. Osha has been dancing every week for over 10 years and knows how to bring this medicine!

As an ecstatic dance DJ and dedicated force in the world of journey-based dance music, she creates hypnotic containers and eclectic musical landscapes that invite dancers to express a full spectrum of emotions. since her debut in 2009 her sets that travel through a wide span of genres, including (but never limited to) tech house, drum and bass, indietronica, contemporary classical, soul, funk and ambient.
