Chef Justin’s Breakfast Enchiladas

Corn tortillas filled with cage free eggs, pico de Gallo, all natural apple smoked bacon, chorizo, Mexican cheese, topped with roasted corn salsa, Mexican cheese, and house made rojo sauce.

1/2 pan and full pan available

Scrambled eggs 1/2 pan and full pan add cheese for $

Apple wood smoked all natural bacon 1/2 and full pan

All natural pork sausage links 1/2 and full pan

Turkey sausage links 1/2 and full pan

Cheddar jalapeño sausage large links 1/2 and full pan

Omelets all made with 3 large cage free eggs minimum order of 4 each

Bacon, lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, ham, over medium egg, cheese, garlic basil aioli. Minimum order of 4

Muffins quantity of 6

Blueberry, banana nut, chocolate chip.

These items are for in home delivery and must be preorder 24 hours in advance

For a 4 course prefix in home:

1st: seasonal berries, goat cheese, candied pecans, and spring mix tossed with local wildflower honey, Meyer Lemon, avocado oil, and fresh cracked black pepper

2nd: Gulf shrimp over smoked gouda grits with Cajun red eye sauce and a poached quail egg

Main: Gulf Grouper New Orleans blackened with andouille crawfish buerre blanc over sweet corn hash

Or

Prime Gaucho Rib-eye 12oz prime grade seared and topped with caramelized sweet onion and chimichuri sauce over roasted root vegetables

The finish: Dark chocolate and dried fruits bread pudding with vanilla creme anglaice

That would run $500 in home paired with wine plus gratuity. That’s me and a server in your condo giving full description and wine paring notes. Would feed the kiddos also just food that they would eat. It can go up or down from there depending on how fancy you want to eat.

Meal plans for bake or light cooking preparation at home start at $20 per person per meal. We do a bake at home breakfast enchiladas that’s out of this world good! Delivered ready to eat food runs around $35 again depending on how fancy you want to eat. We can accommodate any dietary restrictions and or allergies and the food your getting is better than you would get from a restaurant because your having the actual chef prepare the food not an over worked under trained line cook. We specialize in all natural or organic products when possible. And we buy our fish from the local fishermen, produce from the local farmers, a true farm to table experience.

Hello friends,

We reach out to you with with some sad but also exciting news. We have sold the current location of the restaurant. Our last day open was yesterday. I am going to partner in a restaurant in Destin, FL, Candice is transferring her teaching credentials over to a US university so she can teach here, and Aiden will keep creating mischief wherever he is. The exciting part for you all is we still own The Chef’s Table name, menus, all licensing, all images, phone number..... oh and of course Chef Justin 😂! We will be having some family members available to come and actually help out very soon (6 months or so). I’m sure it was obvious to those of you that heard me cussing from the kitchen that we were in desperate need of help. To be honest it had become completely overwhelming for me cooking alone back there in the kitchen. We posted many many job ads but it seems for some reason no one wants to work. We will hopefully be back soon to relaunch this concept with more help. We will keep this page open to keep you all posted, I will adjust the hours and all that good stuff. We want you all to know we will honestly miss each and every one of you. If you are traveling to the Destin area please message me and I will make sure your taken well care of at the new spot up there.

Sorry to anyone we had to turn away this afternoon/evening we were at physical capacity..... that meaning Chef Justin couldn’t possibly cook anymore food at that present time. If you know anyone looking for work (that’s not a crackhead) send them our way!
