What better way to celebrate 40 years than with fresh, grilled, and shucked-to-order oysters? We had an incredible time bringing the flavor to Clark’s big birthday bash—because nothing says celebration like ice-cold raw oysters, sizzling grilled made to order oysters, and good company!

We had a fun night shucking and grilling oysters for this family as they came off the beach to enjoy some pool time. 🦪💦

A little bit of rain had us move dinner inside and the guests enjoyed a seafood boil with chargrilled snow crab and ribeyes.
