These two photos perfectly convey my feelings about when couples do the Jewish hora dance at weddings…pure joy and fun and community mixed with a little anxiety for the safety of the bride and groom up there on the chairs 😂 Despite the anxiety, it’s a tradition I love to see on my timeline! Pro tip: when you design your Welcome Sign, do it in a way where you could use it as decor in your home! If you avoid using “Welcome to our wedding” and stick with your names or just your new last name and the date, it’s perfect to hang in an entryway or bedroom…makes it worth spending the money on something nice when you can get some extra use out of it. Nicely done, and !

I frequently have weddings on Memorial Day weekend. It’s a great weekend to host an event with the additional day off. This particular wedding, the groom so humbly lead his guests in a moment of silence to remember those that sacrificed their lives for our country before starting their celebration. It brought tears to my eyes and gave me chills…it was beautiful! It was their special day and he went out of his way to draw attention to the significance of the holiday and to those who gave their lives in service to our country. I commented on it later to the bride on how moving it was and she told me that he was a veteran (and even more moving to me as a first generation American). It was a beautiful moment that I will always remember, especially working on Memorial Day weekends!

Cambria Events is 3 for 3 with gorgeous weather on wedding days for my 2023 couples (think I can add that to my planning packages now?! 😂🤪) It was the most gorgeous day for M & H at ! They were a referral from M’s cousin, whose wedding I got to coordinate 4 years ago. (Not only are referrals the highest compliment, but my favorite part is getting to see past couples at their friends and families events! Wish we’d grabbed a selfie, ❤️) Beautiful day at a beautiful venue for a beautiful couple!

Dripping with romance! Design is one aspect a lot of couples feel intimidated by and lost about. My advise? I find that a little trip to the rental company shows them it’s all about pulling things and seeing them together and it’s surprising how after an hour in the design studio, you can all of a sudden have a clear direction for the look of your event…it really is one of the funnest parts of wedding planning, in my opinion! this is one of my all-time favorite designs, nicely done! amazing work on the florals! 😍 -studio

My favorite part of wedding planning. I feel like rental design appointments are where couples really see their day coming to life visually. They start with having little more than a color or two that they like and want to incorporate, and by the end have a look that they love and can fill in with details. It’s not the most important part of getting married (that would be the getting married part 😉), but it sure is a necessity that makes it beautiful, fun, and sets the feeling you want for your wedding day!

Even with the rain, we had this stellar outdoor backdrop in a covered area for first look and a little first look for Baby C of his mommy all dressed up…caught this sweet moment out the window of capturing all the magic 😍 (I think when he saw her train he was concerned because he though something had gone wrong with her dress 😂)

When you are a sole proprietor, your co-workers are really the other vendors that you collaborate with to produce amazing events. This was the most fun vendor dream-team I’ve had in a while! So grateful for good people who are good at what they do and willing to do whatever is needed to ensure a successful event (and laughing along the way!) It makes a huge difference working with vendors who have the can-do attitude and are willing to give 100%. Who you choose to work with on your day matters. These guys rolled with some last minute changes and it was flawless! Shout out to Amanda, the photo booth expert at for encouraging us to take a moment while guests were occupied to make this photo happen!

Kaity and Johnny’s day was at the tail end of a crazy heat wave with temps of 115 degrees just days before their outdoor ceremony at , so we pivoted with our ceremony plans in favor of guest experience. We moved welcome drinks inside to allow guests to stay cool right until we needed to get seated for ceremony. We went from the planned spot on the upper lawn to (SWIPE) this little corner patch of grass to allow guests some shade…and it turned out way more beautiful than we ever could have imagined with the back lighting and rolling hills behind. Floral arch by was perfection! This unexpected change in plans also gave them a beautifully intimate feeling they wouldn’t have had otherwise…win-win-win!

A neutral tablecloth gives such a clean backdrop for making florals and any other color in table decor really pop. These deep red Dahlia’s were absolutely luscious at A & D’s wedding last Saturday. So elegant with the pops of gold set against all the greenery of 😍 Nice work, !
