The following weekend was split between San Diego and Sonoma County, with Friday's wedding at The Darlington House in La Jolla, and then Saturday's wedding at the Annadel Estate Winery in Santa Rosa. The early morning flight on Saturday got me back here in time to be a part of both weddings without too much trouble, and both weddings went really smoothly and were great to be a part of! A big congratulations to both the newlyweds!
The following week was out first full-size wedding up here in Sonoma County, this time at The Estate Yountville in Yountville. This was our first time here, and it was a truly beautiful venue. For this wedding, we had four location setups - ceremony on the grass, cocktail hour in the courtyard, dinner on the outdoor patio, and then dancing inside the barrel room. For the dancing portion, we had uplighting around the perimeter (to highlight the room) as well our fun open air photo booth. This was a great wedding and the bride and groom were so great to work with!

Back home in Santa Rosa the following week for this fun wedding - this time at the Russian River Brewery in Santa Rosa. This was my first time at this location, and we had the venue divided into several locations: the ceremony was on the lower level, then cocktail was on the main level patio, dinner was a bit further away in front of the restaurant area, and then for dancing everyone headed inside to the barrel room.
They had a musical duo that had flown in from Nashville to provide music for the ceremony and cocktail hour, so that was really fun to watch and be a part of. I provided sound for the duo, and then officially took over once dinner service began.
It was a wonderful wedding with great weather and I was very happy to share in such a fun day! Congratulations to the new bride and groom!
I flew down to San Diego the following week for these three amazing summer weddings. First up was Tivoli in Fallbrook, followed by Twin Oaks in San Marcos, and then finally The Grand Tradition in Fallbrook. It was a great time being a part of these weddings and sharing in these wonderful celebrations! 🥂

The following week was up here in Yountville (Napa) for this smaller but very joyous wedding reception.
The ceremony was off-site, and then the reception was at the church's event space. I started once guests started arriving post-ceremony, so we did cocktail hour into dinner and dancing all in this space. Everyone was having a great time and it was a really wonderful wedding.

Some highlights from my third wedding up in Northern California this past summer. This was at a beautiful private residence in Sebastopol, and there were three location setups for this wedding (ceremony and cocktail, dinner, and then dancing in front of the barn).
At the start of 2023 I was flying back and forth between San Diego and Sonoma, and for the first half of the year, most of the weddings were in San Diego. In order to properly service the San Diego weddings, I needed a storage space down there (as well as my van), so it was quite the challenge. This wedding in June marked the start of the phasing out the San Diego weddings (and passing them on to my other DJs down there) and being able to focus on weddings up here.
Everyone had a great time at this wedding (and the couple were so great to work with!), and most of the guests stayed on the property after the wedding was over and sat around the fire pits. Just a great wedding! Congratulations to the bride and groom! 🥂
At Ethereal Gardens in Escondido for another awesome wedding. For this wedding we provided sound for the cermony and reception, as well as uplighting under the tent for a great ambience, pinspot light to keep the dessert table illuminated, open air photobooth and cold sparks (2).
This was a really great couple and a fun crowd, and everyone was having such a great time.

At the beautiful Dana on Mission Bay for this amazing wedding earlier this summer! After the ceremony (next to the water) and cocktail hour (on the outdoor patio), it was time to head inside to the amazing ballroom for the reception and dance party!
This was a bride-bride wedding, and their entire wedding party and guests all came ready to dance! Focusing mostly on dance and club remixes the night was bumping and the dance floor was full the whole night!
The bartender even came over at the end of the night to say that in his fifteen years working there, it was the best DJ set he had ever heard (thank you so much!).
Services provided: DJ/MC, sound/audio for ceremony through reception, wireless uplighting and cake pinspot, open air photo booth, & dance floor lighting.

Back again at Green Gables the following week for this super fun wedding (which featured a star wars/Super Mario brothers theme!).
From the stormtroopers in full uniforms 'guarding' the ceremony, to throwing in star-wars remixes ('this is how we do it' into the Imperial March) and Mario Brothers clips and sound effects througfhout the night, the wedding was definately a night to remember!

And for the third wedding of that weekend, we were back at Green Gables for another awesome wedding day.
We had a fun crowd and the day went perfectly, with everyone having a great time and dancing the night away!

For the second wedding of that weekend, we were over at the Westin Carlsbad (one of our favorites!) for an amazing wedding with a wonderful couple.
The day flowed perfectly, from the ceremony through the cocktail hour and dinner, and then into the night with dancing and our open air photo booth. Everyone was having a great time and we were so happy to be helping create a memorable night and day for everyone there!

Summer is always busy for weddings, and earlier last month was no exception, as we had a three weddings in a weekend down in San Diego! 🌞🌴
Here are some highlights from the first day, which was a really fun Indian wedding. Indian dance music is really fun to DJ, and we had everyone on the dance floor all night long!

Back again at the beautiful Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park for this awesome wedding last month!
In addition to our DJ/MC services, we also provided wireless uplighting (to give the venue a vibrant and classy look), custom monogram lighting, a pinspot lighting for the dessert table, and our open air photo booth to keep the guests having a great time all night!
This was a really fun wedding and a great crowd and we were very happy to be a part of the celebration - congratulations to the new bride and groom!
Very happy to have been a part of this amazing private residence wedding in Napa last month! The house was beautiful and we provided our DJ/MC services, our amazing open air photo booth, and wireless uplighting and pinspotting to keep the wedding area lit up once the sun went down.

Down in San Diego last month for two back to back weddings - the first at Botanica in Oceanside, and then the second was at a brewery/restaurant in Escondido. We kept the dance floor full and the wedding flowing perfectly at both weddings and everyone was having an amazing time!

The room looked amazing and all the guests were having such a great time.

Back at the La Jolla Woman's Club a couple of weekends ago for a wonderful wedding with an amazing couple.
We provided sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, as well as a photo booth and video projection (for the slideshow during dinner).
Once we opened the dance floor and photo booth, we had everyone having an amazing time and the night just flew by!

And for our second event up here, we were happy to be asked to be a part of a super fun Sweet 16 🎉
This was held a couple of weeks ago at the Embassy Suites in San Rafael (which was an excellent event space), and the room was decorated really beautifully.
After dinner there were some very touching speeches by our Sweet 16's friends and family, and then after that it was dancing the rest of the night!

We were very happy to be a part of a very inspiring and fun corporate awards event last month at the Petaluma Golf & Country Club.
We provided our DJ/MC services, open air photo booth, as well as some classy ambient lighting and awards table highlighting to really make the event come together.
It was such a fun night and everyone was having the best time - we can't wait to be a part of next year's event!
We were back at the Westin Carlsbad for another super fun wedding a couple of weekends ago. This is such a beautiful location with a great reception room, and we're always happy to be a part of weddings and events here. We were very happy to be a part of this awesome wedding a couple of weeks ago at the beautiful Tivoli Italian Villa in Fallbrook.
The weather wasn't cooperating (it was raining at first even though the forecast called for clear skies), so with a move from outside into the tent we were able to keep everyone having a great time the whole night. The staff at the venue did an amazing job at moving all the tables and bar inside, and it was just a great wedding from beginning to end.

We had such a great time being a part of this fun, 2000s EDM based wedding a few weeks ago. The bride and groom were huge fans of all the biggest EDM stars of the 2000s and 2010s, and we were very happy to put together an amazing set for their wedding.
After a beautiful ceremony, we had everyone having an amazing time on the dance floor - with the bride and groom all smiles the whole night, before heading into their big send off at the end!

Big Announcement! Hello everyone! I am happy to announce that we (Aon Events & Frame Worthy Photo Booths) have relocated up to Sonoma County in Northern California.
We are still servicing our events/bookings in San Diego until the summer, but after that time I will only be taking bookings in the Sonoma/Napa/Marin County/SF areas. Our San Diego DJ/MC team will still be taking bookings at the venues we have built up great relationships with over the years though, and taking over our events down there past that time.
Such a big thank you to everyone in San Diego for helping our business do so well, and we are now looking forward to working with all the great couples and vendors up in Sonoma and Napa County!

We provided sound for the ceremony and cocktail hour, and then for the reception we added some uplighting around the room to add to the ambience, lit up the cake with a pinsot light, and had a great time engaging with the crowd for all of the big moments. When the dance floor opened, we had everyone out there until the last moment - and (due to everyone having so much fun) even extended our set time for an additional half an hour!
