And then today I wrapped up another year of professional competition. Earlier in the week I turned in Maryland Crabcakes w/an Old Bay Aioli and Southwestern Polenta Stacks. Today I turned in two different salads. Spinach w/Edible Flowers and Wildrice and Blueberry Salad. And my two Sammie’s were Tri-Tip w/Chorizo Flatleaf Spread and a Chicken Curry Salad Sandwich. Results to follow.
