Dessert bar for a retirement for a wonderful gal at Viavi. There was Mexican Mango Cake, Peanut Butter Brownies, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Tomato and Onion Tarts.

And then today I wrapped up another year of professional competition. Earlier in the week I turned in Maryland Crabcakes w/an Old Bay Aioli and Southwestern Polenta Stacks. Today I turned in two different salads. Spinach w/Edible Flowers and Wildrice and Blueberry Salad. And my two Sammie’s were Tri-Tip w/Chorizo Flatleaf Spread and a Chicken Curry Salad Sandwich. Results to follow.

It’s savory week for me @ The Professional Harvest Fair 2024. Todays two entries were Maryland Crab Cakes w/an Old Bay Aioli and Southwestern Polenta I was pleased w/both entries. Now let’s see what the judges have to say……
