945theband is an alt-rock band that blends the gritty emotion and energy of '90s and 2000s rock with their own fresh, authentic sound. The band—comprising Sophia (lead vocals), Trey (guitar/vocals), Zen (bass/vocals), and Cam (drums)—came together through their shared love of alt-rock and their time working at the School of Rock in Santa Rosa. The chemistry between these four musicians is undeniable, and their connection is evident in every performance. Lead singer Sophia’s emotive and powerful vocals have quickly become a signature of the band. Her unique ability to feel every note has earned her accolades, including Bohemian Magazine’s “Best Lead Vocalist” in the North Bay (2023-2024). The magazine also named 945 “Best Rock Band” in the North Bay. They have debuted three original tracks—"Mind War," "D.O.S.E," and "Santa Barbara"—at their live shows and are currently working on their debut EP. Their music, which blends personal experiences and heartfelt lyrics, has a universal appeal, speaking to the trials of life and the desire for connection.
Coming to the LBC on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, Burton Cummings, singer/songwriter fort the original The Guess Who band. Few artists have achieved the level of public success and critical acclaim that Cummings enjoys in a career spanning more than sixty years. Burton’s voice has been rated among the finest in rock music. As lead singer and songwriter with The Guess Who, Cummings recorded and wrote/co-wrote such hits as “These Eyes,” “Laughing,” “No Time,” “American Woman,” “Share the Land,” “Hand Me Down World,” “Albert Flasher”, “Star Baby”, “Clap for The Wolfman,” and “No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature.” As a solo artist, he leaves his mark with the poignant “Stand Tall,” “I’m Scared,” “You Saved My Soul,” and his signature, “My Own Way to Rock.”
