We are seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of presentations for interviews and conferences.
- Coordinate creative ideas to bring in more projects.
- Make posters/flyers
- Help create a website for this family owned emerging company
- talk to representatives about our company. May include traveling to different events to market the company.
-Assist in compiling research on key clients, opportunities, industries, and competitors in the region and/or practice, including business trends and competitive landscape.
-Assist with planning, editing and production of content for other project and/or marketing needs, to include statements of qualifications, pre-qualification applications and presentations.
-Proofread, edit, and format proposal writing.
- Assist with the timely maintenance and updates of resources and systems including CRM, contacts, and files.
Qualifications
Education /Training:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years' minimum experience in marketing, proposals, communications, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Graphics sensibility with strength in written and visual storytelling to support messaging around people, projects, and landscape contracting.
- Strong experience in proposal preparation
Skills:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to develop and present concepts.
- Must be able to build effective relationships with internal and external client bases.
-Strong oral communication and technical writing skills.
-Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines.
- Candidate must be willing to accept out-of-town travel assignments and to work overtime to meet project demands.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
