Hello everyone, this is my first post on this group. I am selling off much of my inventory as I am in the process of shutting my doors. I operate out of the Sarasota / Manatee county area of Florida, so if anyone is local enough to want some tent vinyl (pole and frame) and/or aluminum and fittings etc. then please contact me for what I still have in my inventory, such as 40 x 100' frame, 60 x 120' pole plus smaller items. When you install a wedding tent and it's daylight and basically a 'shell' when you have finished and I said to the groom's brother that I never really get to see what it's like under the tent during a party. So, as the expression goes "the fastest car you'll ever drive is a rental car", here we are removing staples, glitter, glue residue and patching up holes cut into the vinyl on some of our tents. The vast majority of our customers are very respectful of our property but some think that we won't notice what they have done. We do and we have to repair them to make sure that our tents are smart the next time it is installed.

It's hot, really hot in this part of Florida right now - the 'feels like' temp is over 110F again today. I choose this tent for our customer, a block out vinyl 30 x 30' frame tent to reduce the amount of sunlight getting through the vinyl. Look at the extra shade that it offers. It is heavier than a regular tent and thus more effort is needed to install it in this heat. Regular water breaks and a 'no rush' installation kind of day to conserve energy. Nevertheless, our long standing customer, a community church, deserves this kind of service for their event.

A tent fit for a King! RC III, to be precise. Yeaaa, a coronation party tent in Sarasota. We set this one up nice and early, then it was decorated and then, when the party was in full swing, torrential rain!!! The tent kept everyone dry while it rained and allowed the festivities to continue long (and dry) into the evening!

Tents are not only for parties and to keep the rain off of your dinner plates. Those of us who work under the Florida sun know well how tough it can be. Call came through late on Monday morning, tent installed before 10am the following day. This tent is to keep employees in the shade while renovations are done to the workshop area. Surely it must of welcome relief to the employees, they were smiling when we finished the set up. Keep up the good work guys and enjoy the shade!

Hot and sunny in west central Florida right now. No rain (drought conditions at present) but lots of sun. These photos are from the past 10 days or so and the much needed shade is so very visible under these tents. It may not be raining but for some late night events, these tents also protect you from much of the humidity in the air that makes everything damp..... most people don't consider that aspect.

Some days we go to people's gardens to install tents, some days we go to drag race events to install tents, like today. Busy and as it was also practise day VERY LOUD. We enjoyed it though. Had a moment to catch a test run from behind the start line... pretty cool.

Very big or small, we can help you! We do have some rather large tents but we also are delighted to install smaller back...

So lovely to see this lady out enjoying our gorgeous Florida winter sunshine on her back once more. Tight and taut as ever, such a well made tent and always a pleasure to install it. She is one of those tents that works with you, both during installation and when we strike it. Love this tent!

We are entering our busy season and need to add to our team.

Prepare tents for installation (washing/cleaning the tent vinyl). Tent installation on the customers property, followed by the tent's removal.

Experience preferred though training will be given.

We are an equal opportunity employer.

Guaranteed 20 hours per week minimum, mostly mornings with occasional afternoons. Must be available for weekend work when required. Minimum salary to be agreed.

Company warehouse is in Port Manatee.
