Lunch Time!

We can't get enough of our empanadas! .. & we know you can't either!

Just a reminder to all our customers these are available to order for any occasion or even just for yourself & family!

As long as you give us 24-48 hours in advance and have an order of at least 2 dozen you can have these delicious empanadas any time!

Want something different for take out than that same old Chinese food or pizza? Give these a shot and add a quart of arroz con grandules to complete the meal you'll want to have again and again !!

🌶🫑Peppers Peppers Peppers!🫑🌶

We got the opportunity to check out some fresh produce over the fall! Peppers are so versatile here are some fun facts we learned ...

- Milk is the ultimate pepper pain quencher ! Hot peppers are packed with capsaicin a substance that sets off heat detecting neural sensors in the brain! How "cool"! 😉

- Chocolate and peppers are a culinary match! Both ingredients can help draw out each other's richness and flavors. Try throwing some cayenne in your next chocolate cake mix you might surprise your taste buds! 😋 🍫❤️🌶

- Peppers are natural pain fighters .. the key is the peppers capsaicin (which we mentioned before), it provides pain relief when applied to skin. Capsaicin is now a common ingredient used to treat arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain , shingles and post surgery pains!

So many great ways to use peppers other than for adding heat and flavor!
