Prior residents of Odessa, Ukraine, Anton & Olha had to put their wedding plans on hold due firstly to Covid-19 and then the 2022 invasion by Russia.
Little did they know at the time that in 2023, they would be getting married after all - 5,000 miles away here in Minnesota, their new home.
It was my privilege to officiate their outdoor ceremony, where they were able to stream the wedding online for family and friends in Ukraine.
Myself and all involved wish them and their daughter, Zlatoslava, all the very best for the future!

Hi! My name is Ashley. I am a British expat living in Central MN for 8 years now, and I recently became ordained to perform weddings.
My ordination is filed with Stearns County, and allows me to perform weddings anywhere within the State.
I am happy to perform primarily secular/humanist (non-religious) ceremonies, as well as ceremonies for those that are non-denominational or mixed-faith and have clear ideas of what they would like.
I would work well with couples that are interested in personalizing their vows, having a unique wedding talk, want help with ideas, or are just looking for a simple, modern ceremony. I'm also willing to travel (within reason!) for couples that would love to get married somewhere unique or in an outdoor setting rather than a church or courthouse.
