The Flower Shop will offer a number of educational activities, not limited to; sustainable gardening, sustainable living workshops, visual and performing arts, music and art lessons, skill sharing such as making clothing, leather goods, metal working and other such crafts which benefit sustainable living. The flower Shop will also offer a stage, sound & recording equipment for developing musicians as well as an art studio for various arts and offer other healthy living practices such as yoga, chi-gong, and possibly defensive and health enhancing martial arts and alternative physical activities which improve one’s physical and mental health. We will offer workshops on the health benefits of organic foods and drinks, meditational practices which improve mental health and physical routines which improve the body. The Flower Shop will also offer live music from live local & touring bands to enhance the spirit. As well workshops that teach healthier and more pleasant ways of existing.. We hope to provide the community with alternatives to entertainment and activities different from what is currently offered by our community. We will fund our efforts primarily by donation from locally owned small businesses and individual contributions as well as fund raising activities on the premises. We hope to offer our community alternative music, arts and skills not currently available in our Area and hope to gain the support of a diverse demographic of people within our community. We hope to attract members of all ages, gender, race and class status to create a far reaching audience of people from every background and enrich the strengths of our diverse community in a more universal manner in order to gain a more rounded way of living by learning about the heritage and living practices of those individuals in our community that we know little about.
