What a joyful celebration we had Dec 15th, the 3rd Sunday of Advent, as we prepared to welcome the Christ child—Emmanuel, God with us! A heartfelt thank you to Limited Edition, Port Washington for sharing their incredible time and talents, filling our service with beautiful music. We were also blessed to have them join us for fellowship after service and to see our local teenagers making a difference and spreading so much love and joy in our community!

Last Sunday, we gathered together for our beloved tradition of the Yankee Swap Christmas party. Though we missed the presence of our dear friend and original organizer, Ingrid, we know she would be filled with joy to see this cherished tradition continue. We shared in the warmth of fellowship with a delightful white elephant gift exchange, a bountiful potluck, joyful carols, and fun-filled games. Most importantly, we celebrated the gift of good company and the spirit of the Advent season. Blessed be the memories we create together in God's name!

Come and celebrate the 3rd Sunday in Advent with a worship service with special music by Limited Edition, Port Washington, the incredibly talented a ca****la group from Port Washington High School. After the service, we’d love to spend some time together in fellowship—a chance to connect, share, and enjoy each other's company. Everyone is welcome! We joyfully began the season of Advent on Sunday, December 1, with beautiful music shared by Brookelynn and Kherington. We invite you to join us this Sunday at our 10 AM service for the second week of Advent, as Pastor Laura brings a special message: 'Light in the Darkness... Guide Our Paths Together.' All are welcome to share in communion this Sunday at the Lord's table during this meaningful service. We hope to see you there!

With Thanksgiving around the corner, we all know the busy holiday season is about to make its whirlwind appearance. Let's keep it meaningful and embrace the Lighthouse - Port Washington Saukville Ecumenical Youth Ministry's Giving Tuesday fundraiser. Lighthouse is a community of neighbors working together to provide our local youth a space to connect with others, grow as individuals, and explore their faith. And, rumor has it the silent auction will be AMAZING! If you are unable to join us on December 3, you can make a donation online at https://lighthouseyouth.org/give

The Lighthouse Giving Tuesday Spaghetti Supper & Silent Auction is just one week away! Join us on Tuesday, December 3, at Parkside Community Church in Saukville for a delicious spaghetti dinner, live entertainment by Bella Musik, and a HUGE silent auction with over 150 items to bid on! Tickets are $15 (free for 10 & under) at the door or at http://lighthouseyouth.org/auction

All proceeds from the event and auction support our upcoming summer 2025 youth service trip to St. Louis and our ongoing youth programming in Port Washington and Saukville.

New this year, we are also raffling off two club-level tickets to the Packers-Saints game on December 23. Tickets available at the event or from our partner churches for $10 each or 6 for $50. Need not be present to win.

Our Parkside community came together after Sunday's service for the traditional "Hanging of the Greens." They did a beautiful job getting our church building and our hearts prepared for the journey during this season of Advent.
