That's a wrap for the Kap River Walleye Tournament 2024. We ( with Jason Doyon ) ended up 7th place. That is 3 x 7th place finishes this year so far, lucky number I guess. It was great having my family there once again and to celebrate Tylar Turcotte 19th birthday last night. Always fun hanging out with all the anglers. Next stop on the Northern Ontario Walleye Trail is the Hearst Walleye Challenge . See everyone there. Well another Northern Ontario Walleye Trail event done! 7th place finish at the Longlac Walleye Masters the winds and the fishing was a challenge but we did alright. 3rd Northern Ontario Walleye Trail event down for the 2024 season. We Jason Doyon ended up tied for 15th but officially 16th as our weight today was lower on day 1. Had fun as co-emcee for the top ten show in Geraldton Walleye Classic. Thanks to Geraldton as a great host, Donna and all the volunteers that make this happen, incredible! It has been great having the family on the trail this year as well, awesome. Time for a little break before the next one.
