This is just a snippet from our Holiday Mini Pop Ups. I can not tell you enough how much I enjoyed meeting all of the Families. It really brought back so much joy and creativity into my work that truly got be out of ”writer’s (editing) block” I got my groove back and Im loving it!

Im loving it so much that I will be doing Mini Session more than often. More details to follow but im pretty excited for what is to come.

Thank you again to all of the Families that came out to join me. You reminded me why I love doing this.

So, Ive been out of the Photography game for a little over a year just doing sessions and a few weddings here and there. Not really advertising my work. Truly, its because ive been navigating how to be a mom, a caregiver to my grandfather and battling postpartum and just trying to find myself as a person again.

With that said, I want to offer some sweet deals for all the families out there who want family portraits this holiday season but dont want to break the bank. Yess, Imma start back with some mini sessions and slowly build my way back up to full blown sessions in 2024.

IM BACK!!!

Maternity leave is over and Im ready to jump into this wedding season with a bang! I missed my camera and all the beautiful people in front of it.

Here is TROY + SARAH and to say the least they were absolutely magical. Downtown Savannah Ga never disappoints and neither did this couple bringing in the heat! Can’t wait for their wedding October 2023, it’s going to be a special one! Plus our event coordinator Marlayna Musumeci Dowdy will be calling the shots and keeping everyone in line making sure everything goes as planned.

We are so excited for 2023!

-Talking about yourself is never the easiest thing to do, so I guess I start off by introducing myself. Hey, my name is Kaia Camille and I am the photographer behind Lotus Bee Photography. I grew up in the beautiful historic city of Savannah, Ga as an only child to two of the most amazing parents anyone could ask for in the world (that sounds so generic but its true lol). I enjoy life with my family, stay outside often,play with my dogs, Paco and Phish, and travel with my amazing fiancé Michael. I would say I live life to the fullest but I have a introvert side enjoying lazy days at home watching Disney movies and rewatching New Girl.

- Ive always had a passion for the arts, dancing, painting, creative writing, and photography. I remember getting my first camera, it was a Barbie Polaroid. Man was I impressed that I could have an image print right in front of my eyes in a matter of seconds . It was truly amazing to my 7 years old self. From there it didn't stop, I fell in love with capturing moments in time and telling a story through my work, which brings me where I am today. Creating an enchanting space where I can do exactly what I love, watching magical moments unfold. Lotus Bee Photography is an extension of my creativity, love and passion for the art of photography.

So, like I said in my previous post Memorial Day weekend was jammed packed with all the exciting events.

Two of my favorite people got engaged and I could not be any happier. Sims did an incredible job orchestrating this event for his bride to be, including getting her friends and family down from New Jersey. Who were waiting on the rooftop to celebrate this extra special couple! It was seriously something out of a movie with all of Plant Riverside cheering for them!

Thank you for letting me apart of your day! I can't wait for what is to come, its going to be so much fun!
