700 Wilmington has FOUR beautiful venue options to choose from!

The “Oglethorpe Room” is our Grand Ballroom with original 1920s features such as large crystal chandeliers, terrazzo tile, candelabras, and portraits of antebellum women. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 160 guests seated with space for a dance floor and a lovely outside courtyard.

The Cabana is located poolside overlooking the Wilmington River. It is ideal for small events and can accommodate up to 50 guests. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow panoramic views of the abundant coastline.

The Bluff is our waterfront outdoor venue. Settled amongst the live oaks and pine trees, it offers a beautiful wedding and reception area accommodating 250+ guests with ample space and parking. The large lawn provides shade from the trees and a cool breeze off the river. Enjoy the picture-perfect sunsets, marsh views, and wildlife.
