Operations Coordinator, Claudia Zapata, from Bakersfield, CA, is a and our this week! She's been with USS for nearly 16 years and is a master at her job, working cooperatively with technicians, sales, and the customer care team ensuring our customers get what they need. Her favorite memory is when her short-staffed team came together to make the impossible possible by meeting a customer's need - and jumping right back into their regular routes. Claudia starts each day with a prayer and a walk to work to set a positive mood for her day. When not working, she loves being outside with her mom, kids and grandbabies; her heart smiles.
