What a stunningly beautiful sympathy arrangement we did for a celebration of life. The family wanted a lush and vibrant display of pink and purple flowers to wrap around the Funeral Urn. The flowers were just so lovely.

This was the last wedding that Chuck and I worked on together, before he passed away so suddenly…. Miss him so much ❤️

This morning we got the unfortunate news that one of our Madame C family passed away. It is so hard to write this… I had known Chuck for many years before he came to work at the shop. He was such a character- funny, sassy, stylish- that man LOVED to get gussied up. And boy did he LOVE to tell a story. He lived such a rich, full life… he had soooo much wisdom to impart on all of us. This man lived through so many important times in history; of which most will never experience. Chuck and I bonded over our love of Sparkles and Glitter and our time working as window dressers for Macy’s. I am so heartbroken that I never got to properly say good bye to him with a big hug. He was the rock that kept us going- always coming in early and making sure everyone was good and that the shop was looking amazing. It meant the world that he cared so much about both me and the store as if it was his own. ❤️ I am just sad that I never got to tell him how much I appreciated his hard work and dedication to creating all things beautiful and fabulous!! You, Sir, were one of a kind…So gracious and giving- A light that made everybody shine with your happiness and positivity. Shine on my friend. We will miss you Chuck.
