These are our delicious mini Papa a la Huancaina, so beautifully prepared you would almost feel bad about having them, but they are so delicious!
The sauce is made from our Peruvian yellow pepper sauce, aji amarillo. You don’t need to travel to Peru now, we also serve it at a regular size at our location.
