Patsy Jo Dillard of Savoy, Texas passed away on May 23, 2024 at the age of 85. She was born to George and Nettie (Morton) Wilcox on April 17, 1939 in McKinney, Texas.

Location: Fairview Cemetery. Denison Tx

What to expect: Moment of Silence for Servicemen

Yours truly speaking and introducing 2 Guest speakers

Main Guest Speaker is Lt General Kurt Cichowski USAF

Then the laying of Honorary Wreaths for each Branch of Service

Honor Blue, Gold and White Star Families

Honorary Greetings from local dignitaries

And finally
The playing of Taps

We will then spread out across the cemetery to pay our respects to Veterans. Over 500 Wreaths will be laid throughout the sections sponsored by local businesses and people like you.

Please join us in this Nation Wide Event. More than 2,700 events will be held at the same time across America.

A Big Shout Out to those that ordered BBQ and Sausage for their 4th of July Celebrations!

Reports said the food was Hotter than a Firecracker!

We have a Birthday Celebration this Saturday we are looking forward to serving!

Please share our posts and help us get our name out there. We will be smoking for EVERY HOLIDAY and (with notice) we can cater your family gatherings as well.

Place orders for your 4th of July BBQ now!

We will be smoking Briskets and Sausage over the next 2 weeks but you need to let us know what you need at least 5 days in advance. (But call and see what we can do if you are after the 5 day mark)

We can make almost anything affordable, just ask us how we can help you.

Full catering would be supplying all food, tea/water, eating utensils, plates, cups AND serving. $ per plate with 2meats, 2sides, bread, drink

Partial catering would be supplying all item listed above but NOT serving

Poor Dad catering would be ALL FOOD LISTED ABOVE but NO utensils, plates, cups, drinks or serving. Pick up in Savoy area.

Buy BBQ by the lb $15 lb for FULL brisket X weight of brisket. Usually 12-18 lbs but we will smoke one the weight you want. Usually feeds 2-3 people per lb.

Smoked Sausage by the lb $10 lb sliced or full links.

Veggies are:

Potatoe Salad
Poor Mom’s Sweet corn
Green Beans

1/4 pan veggie serves 10 for $10
1/2 pan veggies serves 20 for $15
Full pan veggies serves 35-45 for $20

We strive to offer an affordable option to Dad of the Bride, Coach of the team, world’s Greatest Dad, and everyone else who wants to serve mouth watering BBQ without taking out a second mortgage on the home.

We have been catering local FFA functions for over 20 years but recently decided to expand our services.
