Part 2 of our wedding transportation, multiple SUVs from church to reception via motorcade 🚙🚙🚙🚙

Last weekend we were fortunate to plan transportation for a wedding! This particular move required 18 SUVs and 2 minibuses. All perfectly coordinated for guests needing transport from hotel to church, and then later from church to reception. We also did some moves prior to the big day for the rehearsal dinner and airport transfers.

So what is some of our process in order to achieve flawless results?

Consultation ☎️
We did a preliminary zoom call with the potential client to over the needs of the bride/groom and their guests. We listen to the client’s needs and make suggestions on where we can be most effective

Planning 📝
We draft our ideas and plan on how many vehicles are needed, what type of vehicles, on site dispatchers, routes we need to take and be aware of, and plan for unforeseen circumstances.

Preparation👨‍💻
We assign chauffeurs to vehicles, do point inspections on all vehicles, deliver manifests to clients with their point of view contacts and dispatch based on the times gone over during the consultation/preparation stages.
