Please Note...The carts have a maximum 150lb tilt rating.

That means when you "pop a wheelie" with the front wheels in the air (like when going over a curb) the load should be no greater than 150lbs.

A heavier load could break the cast zinc "locking arm".

Pedal Release Instructions....to avoid front end tipping with an empty cart.

1. Step onto pedal, press down and hold. This releases the springs.

2. Grasp top handle.

3. Use a quick pull toward you. I describe this as a light jerk, or even a firm tap toward you.

The key is not to pull slowly. If the cart is empty and there is no weight on it, then the cart will just tip the front end up without releasing the handle.

You need the quicker, jerking action to break the handle free from the frictional fit of it's home base.

There is a RIGHT WAY and WRONG WAY to wall mount the Catering Cart.

The RIGHT WAY is with wheels facing out. This is best because it prevents the cart from swinging outward, if the handle was not secured in the docking clips. Instead, the cart will "fall" toward the wall.
