We are hiring! Rate of pay is currently $14.20 per hour for the following positions: Snack-bar, Skate room, Cashier, Redemption counter, DJ and Floor guard. Position descriptions:
Snack-bar: Prepare pre cooked food using a convection/air fry oven. No oil is used. One button operation. Pour soda and Icee's, , use point of sale system to ring up customer orders. Make pizza's, fill condiment containers, stock plates, napkins, cups , plastic utensils. Keep tables clean. After session cleaning using vacuum cleaners.
Admission window cashier: Utilize point of sale system to ring up customers admissions and rentals , skate mate rentals, family fun packs and misc. items as requested by customers.
Floor guard: You must be 17 or older. You must be an experienced roller skater. You will keep the skating crowd under control, assist customers when needed., will also be asked to handle skate room occasionally.
Redemption counter: Using a point of sale system to assist customers who buy game cards to play arcade games for credits to be redeemed at the redemption counter.
Skate room: Take in shoes and hand out skates to customers who have paid for rentals.
All positions are required to assist with end of session cleaning.
DJ: Take requests and play music using a program on the computer. DJ's are typically staff that have been working other positions first and ask to be trained .
All positions have a training period until you are comfortable doing the job on your own.
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAY NIGHT, SATURDAY AFT, SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY AFTERNOONS. YOU WILL NOT BE ASKED TO WORK ALL OF THESE DAYS, BUT YOU SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE DAYS AVAILABLE THIS PROBABLY IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU.

Thanksgiving is just 2 weeks away and Rollarama will be taking a break the day before Thanksgiving & Thanksgiving day to celebrate the holiday festivities! 🦃✨

So, why not shake off those pre-turkey jitters and join us for some wheel-spinning fun? 🤩🌟 Our amazing DJs will be cranking up the tunes, and our disco lights will be dancing in anticipation of the holiday. Come skating today, we'll see you soon!
