Christmas Baking 2024 is here!! First pick up day will be December 21st (9AM-1PM), December 22nd (9AM-2PM), December 23rd (8AM-4PM), and December 24th (8AM-1PM).

Not only does the awesome owner of Koopmann Catering stay busy cooking she is also the Mayor of the wonderful town of Schulenburg. She wears many hats and loves every minute of it! Picture is from the Schulenburg Festival Parade this past weekend! Fine job Connie and Thank you for all you do for your community and surrounding communities!

Thanks to everyone who purchased baked goods from us. We have some extra items for sale.
18 dz regular pigs - $18 a dz
2 dz jalapeño pigs $19 a dz
4 dz party size jalapeño pigs $10 a dz
2 dz sausage & cheese pigs $18.50 a dz

I will be at my shop today Monday April 1 from noon to 6 if you would like any items. These have been in the cooler since Saturday. After today they are going to the freezer.

As of 8 am on Friday January 12 I am SOLD OUT!!!! Thanks for all the orders. If I responded to you, your covered. If you have a container or pot please bring it.

This Saturday January 13 I will be making a kettle of beef vegetable stew. If you would like some let me know. $15 a gallon. Will be ready at noon.
