It was a night to remember at the Parents as Teachers of Rural South Central Texas Dance & Donate Through the Decades Gala held this past weekend. Smoke the Oak BBQ had the honor of catering this exciting event which brought together an amazing crowd! Guests enjoyed a perfectly smoked ribeye roll and bacon-wrapped stuffed chicken with boudin and topped with a rich étouffée sauce. The meal was complemented by a classic Caesar salad, au gratin potatoes, broccoli, and rolls.

We’re proud to have been part of such an incredible event supporting a great cause. Thank you to everyone who attended and made the evening special!

We had the best time sharing food and memories at this weekend's Splashway Waterpark & Campground cook-off. We placed 7th in brisket and 9th in sauce out of 40 teams. Congratulations to all of the competing teams.

Despite the rain, yesterday's wedding tasting at The Oaks at High Hill Venue was absolutely fantastic!
