Born and raised in Church Point, Louisiana. I grew up around the crawfish business my whole life. I always dreamed that one day I was going to have a crawfish boiling restaurant. However, being a full-time firefighter with an ever changing schedule, I decided that a food truck business may be the best fit for me. I now get to engage in a new venture that I am truly passionate about; serving the best damn boiled crawfish to the best people around.

Good morning everyone, we will not be boiling this weekend 5/12-5/14. For the next few weeks, my schedule is booked with catering jobs. So we may not make it out to Menard's Cajun Grocery again this season.
