Shh, don't tell anyone, but Santa's sleigh and reindeer are taking over the plaza for the tree lighting extravaganza! Dec 1st 5pm-8pm .The big guy needs some elf-like assistance to wrangle his reindeer while he's strutting his stuff in the parade. Who's ready to join the reindeer-sitting squad? Payment in candy canes is basically the best deal ever! Huge thanks to our amazing sponsors, Platte River Glass , Xtreme Dents this wouldn’t be possible without them!!

“I planned out our whole day. First we make snow angels for two hours, and then we’ll go to the Scottsbluff Christmas tree lighting in the plaza for a singalong with Debby Wagner and count down and then we’ll find some hot coco and watch the parade , and then to finish, we’ll go see Santa at the powerhouse and if we still aren’t tired maybe we’ll go to Brown's Shoe Fit Scottsbluff to visit the grinch….and thennn we’ll snuggle – Buddy

Hello Scottsbluff! We need your help! We are looking to make the Christmas parade a even larger event than it typically is by adding the city's New Christmas tree lighting in the plaza, food / drink vendors ect . How can you help us?

1. Invite all your friends to our page the larger the following the more the word gets out!
2. Message us to be a volunteer we are Needing 15 people to help with crowd control and getting our parade participants lined up ect
3. sign up to host / run a vendor table/ food truck, hot coco, cookies, food ect
we are looking to add spots along the parade route to spread out the crowd and fun!
