This 5-course meal was a hit! Course #4 is my all-time favorite dish growing up: Fattah! And for all of you who know it and love it, it’s made of crisp pita squares that have been soaked in this amazing garlic-vinegar and broth from the meat that it’s been braised in for hours. I chose lamb shank and it’s fall-off-the-bone good! Wish you could have been here.
