“Meet our guest teacher, Lauren!

She is born & raised from Seattle. She attended the University of Arizona, receiving a bachelor’s of science in care, health & society. Thats where her love for yoga began. As she had one course where she was to study neuroscience and benefits of a mindful practice in the students life. She choose yoga, and within that exploration of learning about neuroscience, she feel more and more in love. Since then she has completed 8 yoga teacher trainings with 850 hours. She recently just completed her 300 hour teacher training in a full immersion in thailand.

Lauren loves meditational movement, she loves to go hiking, surfing, skiing and loves to practice yoga. That has become her favorite, and part of her ritual practice of life.

Lauren loves to teach vinyasa yoga, in a flow state style where she guides student deeply into the present moment, exploring intuitive energy through their practice. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!”
