When this client called, she had a big ask: plan a combined 40th and 7th birthday party for her husband and her best friend’s daughter!🎉 Not only was it her husband’s milestone birthday, but the tradition of celebrating their shared day meant it had to be extra special this year.💡 With his love for old fashioneds, fishing, and nature 🌲 and her adoration for butterflies, chickens and tiny creatures 🦋🐇, we knew we had to get creative. And wow, did this party come to life:✨ A stunning outdoorsy cake complete with a tree, fishing rod, and chickens by Cakes by Hillary ✨ Custom cookies with whiskey glasses for him and butterfly designs for her by Cookie Brokers. ✨ Hunter green linens and custom tree centerpieces to blend with the stunning mountain backdrop. ✨ A petting zoo featuring bunnies, snakes, birds, and more for the kids. ✨ Signature cocktails (and mocktails for the kids!) by Muddle Fresh Luxury Mobile Bar. ✨ A balloon garland entryway, chocolate fountain, bounce house, and even a taco truck by Puebla Food Truck!This was a team effort—our AZ Bachelorette Party squad, Muddle Fresh team, and all the amazing vendors pulled off a party for the books. 🎀 Celebrating the sweetest “Little Miss on the Way” with a beautiful pink bow-themed baby shower! 🎀We loved creating this dreamy tablescape, complete with soft pink lotus plates, alternating pearl and blush champagne flutes, and elegant bud vases, all glowing from candlelight. Each detail—from the delicate florals and cozy linens to our bow-tied champagne cart—was designed to make this celebration feel as special as it deserves to be. 🥂✨Our bartender served mimosas from the champagne cart, adorned with fresh fruits, juices, and, of course, extra bows! And to complete the look, we designed a stunning backdrop with a gold arch, blush balloons, and lush greenery, perfect for capturing those unforgettable moments.Cheers to beautiful beginnings and a lovely mom-to-be! 💕

✨ Celebrating ’s fabulous 40th! ✨

When Gerine reached out wanting a breathtaking tablescape for her milestone birthday, we couldn’t have been more excited! We transformed Keeler’s Steakhouse rooftop into a magical dinner setting, complete with over 50+ candles, elaborate black plate chargers, sleek gold utensils, waterfall napkin’s, personalized name place settings, and a beautiful white rose on each guest’s plate.

The most special moment? Hauling all those candles up the stairs, setting up the scene, and seeing Gerine’s heartwarming reaction as she arrived. Her hug and kind words made all the effort worth it! As night fell, the dinner table turned into a stunning candlelit setting, and we were overjoyed to hear her guests found the night truly magical.
