I WIN TONIGHT. I get to cook my Baked Cod with Panko, wild rice, french onion green beans and a crisp glass of white wine. Can't wait to plate it up.

TONIGHTS DINNER: Ravioli tossed with pesto and garlic, topped with Ricotta and garlic spinach. Fresh grilled vegetables on the side. It was delicious. Sorry Joe, no left overs.

No work tonight. Just down home cooking. Pablano Chili Relleno stuffed with Cheddar Jack and Montery Jack cheese and my own signature spices, dipped in egg white and deep fried to perfection. Then on the side, grilled chicken fajita and homemade spanish rice. To bad I only have diet coke to drink. A margarita would go very will tonight.

WE HAVE A TASTE TESTER. Pinwheel Lasagna with ricotta, mozzerella and spinach, then topped with my homemade marinara sauce.

BUILD A BIG BURRITO. If it aint big, it's not on the menu.
This one was the works, with potatoes, eggs, Jimmy Dean sausage, cheddar cheese, fire roasted green chili and grilled onions. Served with my homemade salsa and tortilla chips. I have to go eat now.

These Garlic Bratwurst were suppose to be 1/3lb, butcher made them 1/2lb. They are the best.
