to the rich history of Monterra, our beloved private banquet facility at WestWorld of Scottsdale! 🌵 Did you know this iconic building first opened its doors in 1990 as Rattlers Restaurant and later transformed into the Diamondback Steakhouse? 🥩🍷 Who remembers dining here back in the day?

By 1997, the restaurant bid farewell, and the City of Scottsdale began hosting private parties in this beautiful space. Today, Monterra continues to be a cherished venue for unforgettable events. 🎉✨

Scottsdale’s Mounted Unit welcomed city employees to for . This city-wide event, organized by , celebrates public service and recognizes city staff. We want to specifically recognize our Mounted Unit, as we are blessed to be the home of these officers and their horses, who are stalled here onsite.

God Bless America. Seeing these amazing action shots provided by makes me want to do 4th of July Rodeos every weekend. We loved seeing all the children decked out in red,white and blue having a great time. Our personal favorite part of the 4th of July has to be the mutton bustin. Love those little kiddos hanging on for deal life. Can’t wait for next year.

We had a very busy weekend with 4 events going on but the most active by far was Tour De Scottsdale! Thousands of riders hit the pavement for either a 62 or 35 mile race. You are looking at the top 3 male and female riders. Kyle Reedy/ Chad Beyer/ Tanner Thornton/ Caitlyn Kellogg/ Bailey Hinz/ Marilyn Chychota Congrats to everyone involved, we are looking forward to next year.

We have music, cars, shopping and so many cool events held here on our property. What is here more than anything else??? Horses! From jumping to dressage, reining to rodeos; it never stops. Going on as we speak is the Arizona Fall Classic National Hunter/Jumper event.
