This is a warning to anyone that has ever been hit by a Fed Ex vehicle. Call the police and file an
accident report. On 11/29/20 a Fed Ex driver Alex Sainz hit my parked SUV. He admitted guilt gave me all his information and called his boss Greg Berg who said he’d take car of it. I agreed I felt sorry for the driver. After 2 weeks of hounding
Berg he gave me the # of ARC their claims adjusters. So much for him handling this small claim ($5K). After 30 days of calling Raymond Nordo a real JACK
ASS I still got nowhere. Berg said he’s sorry this never happens. I
turned the claim into my company Progressive and now after 7 months my they can’t get any results. I stopped the driver to ask him about the claim he called Berg and Berg called me very upset because I stopped the driver. So
I will be stopping every FedEx driver I can to upset Berg more than I’m upset and hopefully get my money back. See the photo for FedEx broker
REMEMBER CALL THE POLICE ON ALL FEDEX ACCIDENTS NO MATTER HOW MINOR
