This open-air tented wedding reception was built on a sloped, narrow driveway to take advantage of the sunset over the Pinnacle Peak Mountains. We knew we needed to use every square inch available for the guest count. It required various on-site meetings to discuss mechanics, structure and flooring size, weight, grading, and heavy machinery scheduling for the build, as the narrowness of the driveway meant one way in and one way out. Although a private estate-style wedding requires more planning and design time (typically), we love that it can never be repeated for anyone else!

From the moment this couple walked into our office, their love radiated warmth, filling the room with joy, smiles, and laughter.

Their desire for an indoor ceremony was to avoid the unpredictable winter weather and create a romantic, intimate, modern, and “warm industrial” atmosphere.

Our incredibly talented principal designer, , created a stunning ceremony backdrop that encapsulated their vision.

As they exchanged vows, surrounded by their closest family and friends, you could feel the love enveloping everyone present. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do—to create unforgettable experiences filled with emotion and connection.

Chloe & Max chose their wedding date for the full moon lunar eclipse. A couple who started at “were never getting married” to several years later, “we want our guests to dance under the moon at our wedding.”

The eclipse can be a time to align with love, compassion, and spirit. This certainly showed in the ceremony vows, four-course dinner, and epic two-part dance party (until they greeted their guests adieu in the early morning hours).

We designed and planned their open-air wedding tent and flooring in the driveway of a family
home at the base of Pinnacle Peak Mountains.

A wedding rehearsal dinner is one of our favorite celebrated moments throughout the wedding weekend. It allows our couples, their families, and friends to come together in a relaxed and intimate setting and reflect on the journey that brought them to this moment.

When we plan wedding weekends, the focus is always on the guest experience. We use the rehearsal dinner and welcome party celebration to support the newlywed couples, strengthen bonds between family and friends, share laughter, and create lasting memories.

As our couples prepare to enter a new chapter of their lives, the intimate nature of the rehearsal dinner allows for personal touches—a favorite dish, a family recipe, personalized entertainment, or even a toast that speaks to the couple’s history. It’s these small details that make everyone feel included and special to be a part of the celebration.

As much as you are interviewing us on the complimentary discovery consult, we’re also trying to learn about you as a couple and what will be most important to you while planning and designing your wedding.

We’ve found that we plan and design best for couples who genuinely care about the nuance of the guest experience. This means, from the initial touch point through the moment they leave their hotel room back home. To do this well takes an incredible amount of time, thoughtfulness, and organization (which is why we only take 10 weddings per year).

We want each of your guests to feel cherished and special. We want them to relax into the culture, atmosphere, and party. We want you to sit back, knowing from the day you’re onboarded until you are traveling on your honeymoon no detail will go unnoticed and no corners cut because we care about the end goal as much as you do.
