Saturday vibes ☕️✨ How’s everyone doing?

I’ve spent the last two weeks completely nose-deep in a special project that I am SO excited about… one that will allow me to help more couples in those very first, overwhelming stages of wedding planning.

After 20 years in the wedding industry and hundreds of weddings, I’ve seen the same thing over and over again: the beginning can feel like the hardest part. The information overload, the sticker shock, the endless Google searches, and the “where do we even start?” moments.

So I’ve been creating something that brings the confidence, strategy, and guidance of working with a wedding planner to more couples who need it.

There’s still lots of work to do, but I’m feeling incredibly energized and inspired by what’s taking shape.

Last night, our Lead Team had the opportunity to attend the Arizona Bride Gala.

We spent the day getting glammed up by one of the longest-standing supporters of J. Starr Wedding Company, the incredibly talented Linda Valenzuela and her amazing team, before celebrating an industry we all care so deeply about.

At one point during the evening, I looked around and was reminded once again, that this company is no longer just me. It’s stronger, wiser, more creative, and more impactful because of these incredible women beside me every day.

Women who believe in the vision. Who believe in exceptional service. Who care deeply for our clients. Who support one another. And somehow still believe in me as the driver of this crazy train. 🤍

While we may not have brought home an award last night, I walked away feeling incredibly proud of the team and culture we’ve built together… because they are the real award in my life and in this company every single day.

Endlessly grateful. Love you girls.
